How to be positive when your struggling
Be positive:
How to do that when your feeling negative or overwhelmed. When you turn the feeling around the universe will respond to you in a positive way in turn.
1. Focus on your breathing, that will get you in the present moment not the past or what we think is the future.
2. Lean into the feeling, you do this by really looking at how you are feeling.
Visualize your feeling as a wall and lean into if that helps how does it feel what is it about, what is is really trying to say? Does it lay in a certain part of your body or all over? Sometimes leaning it to is is enough as you are recognizing it and allowing yourself to really see and feel it. When it is surface feelings this can be enough yo dissolve the feelings.
3. Go to your core or gut is it feeling the same way? 99% of the time it’s not because the feeling is more in your mind then in your body. What is your center feeling? Is it calm, relaxed or something else?
4. Sit with all of this. Don’t let it swallow or overwhelm you. Sit with it. If you need to detach from it and look at it as if your best friend was going through this do that now.
5. Connect with love. If you can connect to self love that’s awesome but if you are struggling with that connect to the feeling of love. Whether that’s love of a friend, pet, place it doesn’t matter. Just connect to that feeling.
6. Now bring that feeling to the place in your body you notice the feeling of negativity. Let the negativity be overcome by the love. If your having a hard time with this, you can visualize the color pink taking over the color the negativity represents.
